Joy Behar and Ana Navarro both received an early Christmas present courtesy of Kumail Nanjiani.

The cohosts got a chance to feel the Eternals actor's biceps during a conversation at the Hot Topics table about his fitness journey on Friday's episode of The View.

Alyssa Farah Griffin opened the segment by noting that Nanjiani's growing muscles have become "a bit of a distraction to a lot of fans" before asking him, "So what do you sometimes hear from people on the street about just how buff you've gotten recently?"

Behar then proceeded to reach out and grab Nanjiani’s bicep. "Do you mind?" she asked, prompting the comedian to reply, "Do you want me to flex, Joy?"

A good sport, Nanjiani squeezed his muscles so that Behar could feel them, with Ana Navarro quietly joining in on the fun by touching his other arm.

"Whoa, baby!" Behar exclaimed in response.

A laughing Nanjiani replied, "There you go!"

Navarro, meanwhile, simply gave an impressed look afterward.

Nanjiani explained that he receives way more compliments from men about his muscles than from women. "I tell [his wife Emily V. Gordon], 'You know, guys will talk about specific parts of my body all the time,' and she's like, 'They're hitting on you,'" he said. "I'm like, 'They’re not hitting on me!'"

However, after living in New York for a few months, Gordon realized that he wasn't lying. "She was like, 'You're right! Guys will just be like, "Hey, nice shoulders, man! Just walking down the street!"'" Nanjiani said, adding, "I'll take it."

Navarro noted that she has observed that calves are a part of the body men often compliment each other on. "'Cause they're hard to grow," Nanjiani replied, tapping her on the arm as she laughed. "I've got pretty nice calves."

Nanjiani first discussed getting into serious shape when shooting the 2021 Marvel film Eternals — and shared a few shirtless selfies along the way.

"I never thought I'd be one of those people who would post a thirsty shirtless, but I've worked way too hard for way too long, so here we are," Nanjiani wrote on Instagram at the time. "You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain."

The View airs weekdays on ABC.
