Jenna Bush Hager isn't exactly honored by the comparisons between her and her dad, George W. Bush.
The Today show co-host, 44, interviewed her 79-year-old father as well as the three other living former presidents — Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Bill Clinton — in Philadelphia for the History Channel's History Talks program in honor of the 250th anniversary of America.
Part of the conversation aired on the Today show on Monday, April 20, with Bush Hager's co-host Sheinelle Jones commenting, “God, you guys look just alike too. I know everybody says it, but dang.”
Bush Hager then deadpanned, “I know, well sometimes that's not a compliment, but I appreciate it,” before giving the camera a pointed stare.

As the production team behind Today with Jenna & Sheinelle laughed at Bush Hager's comments, she added, “Well, I think my dad's handsome, but when people say that I'm like, 'I look like a man?' ”
Jones tried to clarify that sometimes kids wanted to look like their dads to show that they are related to them, to which Bush Hager joked, “OK, yeah, my dad is my father.”

As for the experience of interviewing her father, who served as president of the United States from 2001 to 2009, Bush Hager said she's “done it a lot” and that her jokester dad “harasses me.”
“He likes to make funny jokes, and he then started talking about when I got a minor in possession of alcohol, and I'm like, ‘Hey, Dad. That's not what we're talking about here, bro. Roll it back,' ” the NBC morning show personality quipped about her past criminal record.
As for the discussion, Bush Hager remarked on the former presidents' united views on the future of the country.
“I think all of them are optimistic about where we've come and I think that's such an important thing to take away is that they all think we live in a wonderful country and we need to make sure we're living up to those ideals,” she shared.
In the clip of the interview shared on Monday, President Bush said, “My message is consider yourself fortunate to be a part of a great nation. Study our history so you have a better sense of what the future will be like and be a citizen not a spectator. And by that I mean, participate in the process but also love a neighbor like you'd like to be loved yourself.”
More of Bush Hager's interviews with her dad and the other living former presidents will air on the Today show on Tuesday, April 21.
