Eva Longoria's New Comedy 'The Fifth Wheel' Stars 50 Cent and Nikki Glaser

From Desperate Housewives to directing for Netflix, Eva Longoria is keeping ever busy in Hollywood these days — with a new movie in the works called The Fifth Wheel.

The upcoming comedy already has a solid cast confirmed, including Nikki Glaser and Brenda Song, and TMZ is now reporting that a Grammy-winning rapper has joined the ensemble.

The tabloid news outlet reported on Saturday, Feb. 21 that 50 Cent has been on set the past two days filming for The Fifth Wheel. The TV mogul, 50, reportedly shot multiple scenes alongside Kim Kardashian and other big names inside the popular nightclub Exchange LA in downtown Los Angeles.

The Fifth Wheel also made headlines this month after TMZ revealedBrooks Nader also joined Longoria's directorial project. Sources say there were no shortcuts and that Nader, 29, still came in and read for the role like any other actress. She auditioned, impressed and landed the part.

Earlier this week, Longoria, 50, posted a photo of herself with professional video equipment, presumably from the set of The Fifth Wheel. Fans have since flooded her post's comments section with seemingly endless messages of congratulatory Emojis.

Last fall, Longoria channeled starlets of yesteryear on the red carpet of the Paris Global Gift Gala. As the Global Gift Foundation’s Honor Ambassador, she was all smiles while posing for the Nov. 8, 2025, event in France. The Devious Maids star opted to wear a white floor-length dress with beading. She accessorized the elegant look with dangling statement earrings, matching bracelets, rings, and a pair of silver heels.

The longtime actress and producer celebrated her 50th birthday in March of last year. While speaking to TODAY in September 2025, Longoria shared that she’s planning on being more intentional with how she spends her time now that she's 50.
